Seven in ten Democrats self-identify as liberal (70%) and seven in ten Republicans self-identify as conservative (69%)

Key Dates:
May 4
Your county elections office will begin mailing out June 2 primary ballots. You can also pick up a ballot (or vote) at an Early Voting site.
May 5
Secure ballot drop-off boxes open.
May 18
Last day to register online to vote for the primary election. After May 18, you must complete same-day voter registration and request your ballot in person at your county election office or polling location.
May 23
Vote centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter’s Choice Act counties.
June 2

Iranian-American Democrats of California (IADC) is a 527 organization (public benefit) registered in California. IADC is dedicated to engaging, educating and empowering our community. We endorse legislation and Iranian-American Democrats and allies running for office that reflect our values.
We believe in secular democracy as a form of government and are committed to any movement that defends civil liberties and upholds human rights doctrines. As an immigrant community which has lived the experience of war, we persistently advocate for diplomacy and peace.
We envision when Iranian Americans and other underrepresented communities are included, valued, represented, and celebrated for their unique contributions, everyone wins.
