On Sunday, September 20th IADC held an event in support of re-election of Congressman Dave Min and election of some local candidates for state senate, assembly and city councils. While Democrats came from many parts of Orange county, collaboration with Newport Beach Women’s Democratic Club, brought many local residents of Newport Beach to this event who were ready to take action.
We appreciated @repdavemin spending time talking to many of the attendees, and providing candid responses to questions from the audience.

Congressman Dave Min has been a great supporter and ally of the Iranian American community for years, showing up for Woman Life Freedom rallies and against tyranny of the Islamic Republic regime while condemning the illegal, immoral, ill-advised and half-baked war with Iran.

This is a consequential election and we need everyone to show up and #VOTE like people in Hungry did. Their message and push back against Fascism of Viktor Orban was clear and decisive.

We must UNDUE THE HARM Trump administration has caused but also hold ACCOUNTABILE all elected officials, no matter what political party they align with.

We need to make our system of checks and balances much stronger, reverse #CitizenUnited and build a more solid ground for the next 250 years of this nation.

Let’s stand up for #Democracy and our #Constitution and Elect Good People.
